Ellis grew up in the corner of a cow field in West Wales and now lives in London. Not knowing enough long words to sustain a career in academia, and rejected by the Bank of England, he ended up working with other people’s money. Ellis met various shades of grifters and some probable psychopaths during his time in finance, before the mirror cracked and the rest is fiction.
